To whom it may concern,
I have been using your acrobat.com storage cloud for several months now, and unfortunately at this time I have discovered that my account has been hacked into, and that my files have been corrupted. I am extremely frustrated by this experience, as I am currently a graduate online student, and I have kept backup copies of my assignments on the cloud system. When I attempted to acces some valuable files recently, I discovered that many of my files had been either deleted or altered. I know that part of the security issue may have been from my end, as I recently purchased a personal computer which I know had been infected with spyware/malware. I last used this computer to access my acrobat.com account, and I remember that I was prompted more than once to enter my password, something that had never happened before. I suspect that someone remotely intercepted my password then took the opportunity to currupt my files. Do you archive any previous copies of cloud storage files? If so, please let me know as I would love to get to the bottom of the hacking and harassment that I have experienced over the past year. Sincerely, Elsa Hartwick
