My Toshiba laptop came with Adobe X installed; I've since downloaded updates. Over the last couple weeks, Adobe has repeatedly crashed, previously restoring itself without intervention. I've seen this problem discussed in the forums, but since I did not purchase the program directly, I don't understand how the proposed fix would work. Does anyone have a solution or do I need to purchase Adobe XI? I have perhaps 200 articles saved as .pdfs. Thank you for any help you may have to offer!
