I work at a school and have purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Standard, the software tells me I don't have an internet connection even though I can get to the internet via IE or Chrome on the same PC.
I have tried following the "Offline Activation" but the activation button under "Help" simply isn't there even after I have updated it.
All I want to do is activate the software.
Any help would be appreciated.
