When converting a standard, pre-printed real estate document from PDF to Word, a lot of the typed in words just turned to garbage.

I just purchased Convert PDF To Word, and my first experience was a disaster. 

Many of the words I typed into the pre-printed real estate form, went crazy and

just turned to garbage.  Any help will be much appreciated and thank you.
