We used Acrobat Pro 9 to create a distributed form. We posted the form on our websites, and when someone submitted the form we could view it in tracker or Acrobat.com. That all worked fine until about a month ago when we had a personnel change. The computer that created the original distributable form is no longer available. When we login to Acrobat.com or workspaces using the original email and password, no received response files show up anywhere. It seems they have all been deleted. Is there any way to get these back?
