We published a form and know that people are submitting responses, but they are no longer coming into the Tracker. I have done the process of deleting the synchronizer folder and that did not help. One thing to note, last week, we got rid of the workstation that all of this was created on (deactivated Adobe and removed program)...but we still have the responses file on our server. I don't know if that's a red herring or not, but that's the only thing we can think of. People are submitting the applications with no problem, so they're going somewhere. Anyone know how to relink or get them back from the Adobe server?
