Hisami, none of the things you suggested I do has worked for me. Basically, your system is not allowing me to subscribe because even when it prompts me to subscribe and I clisck on the $9.99 subscription and the I click "CHECKOUT", it does not prompt me to pay or to give any information that you have to use for getting paid. There is also a part of my profile that DOES not allow me to change my password. I don't know if this has to do something with the fact that I was one of the persons whose information was hacked or what?
There has to be a solution to this problem. Maybe if you totally delete my information from your website and I subscribe as if I were a new person? There is a problem here and it's obvious you can't solve it. Please, consult this with someone who might know what to do. I really need this service.
