I cannot open my scanned document
when it gets thry scanning the document is on my desktop as a .jpg, but will not open. it says the document is not supported. it was working last week, but no longer. why?

Help. Adobe won't let me cancel my subscription. Why?
I have tried everything to try to cancel my subscription. I go to where I can cancel it but the site tells me that I need to update my Internet Explorer. I have the latest version. I can't update to anything else. But all I want to do is have someone cancel my subscription. Why does Acrobat make this so hard to do?

How can I unlock a secure pdf on my ipad?
I am trying to unlock a book for school that I have the ebook copy too, I can do it just fine on my laptop but when I open it up in the app (acrobat dc) for ipad it won't let me fill in the password, therefore I cant see the book? Am I doing something wrong or can this not be done in the app?

Prevent files uploading to the document cloud
Can someone from Adobe please give clear step by step instructions how to stop Acrobat Pro CC from sending files to the online storage, and how to remove those files from your servers. My work computer has sent a bunch a sensitive files to the document cloud. I need to stop this happening, or even better close the document cloud part of my account down (while keeping the creative cloud part). Due to our clients, I am legally bound to not have these documents stored anywhere other than on a work server, and this is a sackable offence for me. I need a solution quickly. I disabled sync, but then I was prevented from sharing files across CC libraries, and there are still files in the cloud.
In your arms race to compete with DropBox icloud etc and grab as much of the market as possible by forcing users to use your cloud, you are putting people's security at risk. We all remember the Adobe password hack of not that long ago which is one of the reasons why we can not store docs anywhere in the cloud
The recent list shows there are docs in the cloud, and if I click them they download from... where?... I have no idea:

my pdf file no longer attaches to email using a microsoft access script! is there some setting that blocks this?
So I need to know if there are some settings that need to be changed that are interfering with this script or the way my system handles PDF's. I really would like some technical support, but I don't seem to be able to get past the machine questions and to a human!!!

Acrobat Distiller Support
Hi, I am looking for some support/suggestion from this forum to get a replacement product from Adobe for Adobe Acrobat Distiller. As per Adobe, the Distiller is not available as a stand alone version and no more support from Adobe :-(. I am currently using Acrobat Acrobat 7.0 Distiller Profession version to convert post script files to PDF files and would like to replace this with a compatible product that supports distiller functionality in Adobe. Could you please share your suggestions ?

- 3. I tried to explain it with a calculator process. 1+123 =124 ; but it if you clicked 1+124 (instead of 123) you can CE (instead C which cancels everything) and correct 124 into 123..You are back in the game. The CE button in calculator is equivalent to UNDO command in software like PRO DC
- 4. Let me explain my specific difficulty. I have a 200 page document and and there are many invisible objects in many pages, I have to remove those.
- 5. I removed all the objects in 199 pages ; but on page 200, I made a wrong click and deleted an object which should not have been deleted.
- 6. Perhaps you can explain what I should do now.(step by step).
7. If I had an UNDO command at that stage, I was ok. I could UNDO, get the object back and remove the correct object and then save the document.

Issues uploading pdf and converting to excel format with PDF Export, file will not upload
I am trying to convert a PDF to Excel format using PDF Export.
I have converted one file successfully, but have a number of other that will not export, in fact they seem to fail at the upload stage?
The only difference between the file that has converted and the others is the size.
Any help appreciated!

I cannot email attachment directly from Acrobat to Outlook 2013.
I get the message "there is no default mail client" But outlook is correctly set as default. can email from other apps, just not acrobat. I have differnt computers with different systems and each cannot email to outlook.
Using Acrobat 11 Standard to Outlook 2013 64bit under Win 8.1 Pro 64bit and Acrobat 9 to Outlook 2013 64bit under Win 7 Pro 64bit. Also, Acrobat 11 to Outlook 2013 64 bit under Win 7 Pro 64 bit. The common element is Outlook 2013, but Microsoft Tech says it is a Adobe issue since other apps work. Was using Acrobat 9 to Outlook 2003 32bit under Win XP 32bit.
Is there an issue with 32 bit Acrobat to 64bit Outlook 2013?

Unable to add text with Fill & Sign
I recently upgraded to Reader DC Ver 2015.008.20082. I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit OS. Prior to upgrading(Adobe XI), I was able to open PDF documents and use Fill & Sign to add information. However, since the upgrade when I click on Fill & Sign, it gives me a blank page. The mouse appears to be loading or processing something but the page I want to edit does not load. The odd thing is it runs on my friends Windows 8.1 machine as expected. It allows me to add text fields and save it. The question is why doesn't it work on Windows 7?
I've tried uninstalling Adobe DC and reinstalling. I've tried disabling and even removing the McAfee Antivirus and replaced it with AVG Antivirus. Thank you for your help!
